- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and what you tell us about your business when you book a call, use the chat or intake form, call, or email us
- Booking details handled by our scheduling provider, Cal.com, when you book a call
- Anonymous usage statistics, such as pages viewed and approximate region, only if you accept analytics cookies
How we use it
- To reply to you and run the call or project you asked about
- To follow up about the service you asked for
- To understand how the website is used and improve it
Cookies and analytics
We load analytics cookies only after you click Accept on the notice. If you click Decline or ignore the notice, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host (Cloudflare), our scheduling provider (Cal.com) and, if you accept, our analytics provider (Google). These providers may process data outside Canada.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose above or as the law requires. You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by contacting us at oprezhq@gmail.com. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
